The booking can be confirmed at SWAN Yoga Retreat Goa, India by paying a deposit (normally 30% of the total fees) which varies depending on the program, for each individual booking. (All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.)
The balance payment is due one week prior to arrival for our Yoga Holiday program, and in case of fixed date Yoga Program / Retreat, no later than 60 days before the first day the Retreat is due to begin.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full Payments: For places paid in full and then cancelled the following applies:
More than 45 days before the start of the Retreat: 100% refund less the deposit.
30 to 45 days before the start of the Retreat : 50% refund less the deposit.
Up to 30 days before the start of the Retreat : No refund will be given.
No refund after the check-in of the guest.
Refunds (if any)- In case of payments made by Credit Cards, the refund will be processed in 5-7 business days.
