Our weekend long yoga vacation program includes morning Mediation, Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Nidra (Deep Relaxation technique) classes. Designed for beginners as well as more experienced yoga practitioners wishing to deepen their practice.

A divine week
Dear swan yoga team, I am thankful for an amazing week I spent with you! The program and the team was very diverse, we did asanas twice a day, morning meditation, yoga nidra, candle flame gazing, chanting.... due to the different styles of the teachers, everyone will have an experience that speaks to their heart and I enjoyed each and every session! The food is very healthy yet tasty - although a delicious seafood cheat at anjuna beach was part of my personal treatment :) the people who were at swan during my stay were a wonderful crowd and we formed a strong group, laughed and talked a lot. An Amazing and blissful retreat at SWAN
I can truly recommend this retreat for all of you looking to get a deeper knowledge of yoga and one self. This is a wonderful place with a great vibe and joyful and kindhearted people. The program was well done and with a lot of activities planned everyday. I loved the fact that they had meditation and yoga asanas two times a day, the program really helped me to get a much deeper insight in yoga and yoga philosophy. I loved every minute! The food is amazing, homemade and served two times a days, I never felt hungry :D They have Ayurvedic treatments available everyday and a possibility to borrow fantastic books to read. The rooms were fresh and I felt very safe being at the retreat. I loved the people and the family vibe they have going on there. An amazing retreat for everyone who wants to emerge themselves in yoga, can't wait til my next visit!-Isabel N
