Yoga Holiday One Week

Our one and two week research-based yoga holiday programs serve as the perfect yoga introduction for beginners as well as the perfect yoga immersion for those who have been practicing yoga for some time. Our yoga holiday for beginners at SWAN Yoga Retreat in Goa, India introduces yoga in a gentle yet profound and accessible way. Our holistic yoga program also offers more experienced students with an immersion designed to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga.


Yoga Intensive Retreat

Participants in our one and two week yoga courses will learn a wide variety of classical hatha yogic practices including: yoga asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breath control), mudras (psychic gestures), meditation and deep relaxation techniques. Traditional yogic detox practices will also be introduced including: jala net (nasal passage cleansing), vaman & dhauti (stomach & esophagus cleansing), laghoo shankha prakshalana (intestinal cleansing) and trataka (gazing at a candle flame).
